You can easily divert business phone calls from landlines to mobiles or sequentially throughout the office. For example, if someone calls the advertised number and someone is not around to answer the call, the call will divert to your next number in sequence (which can be a mobile if you wish.)

There are a number of business phone plan options on the IP Phone Premier to suit your business depending on how you use your phones.

Optus 1300/13 and 1800 Numbers

Optus TAS provides an easy and effective way for your customers to contact you and allows callers to contact your organisation using a single national number, from both fixed and mobile plans.
Optus TAS has 3 types of accesses for the customer to contact your organisation:

Optus Access 1300- A 10-digit number where your customers are guaranteed to only pay the cost of a local call, when calling from fixed lines within Australia. Similar functionality to the Optus Access 13 service, but with lower rental fees. You also receive the first 15 minutes free on local calls2.

Optus Access 13- Keep your phone number short, just 6 numbers, so it’s easier to remember. Your customers are only ever charged for a local call from fixed lines anywhere in Australia. The first 15 minutes are free for local calls on this service2.

Optus Free Access 1800- Customers can call you free of charge from a fixed line anywhere in Australia. By removing any call cost barriers, it can be used as a great relationship builder for existing customers or as a ‘door opener’ for prospective customers.
